Living with nature is a priority and a vocation. This has lead to painting landscapes and still life's for over forty years. Lily pads are especially compelling subject because of the visual and metaphorical qualities of their life cycles. While studying how light, space, and color work in conjunction with the environment, I have gained an intuition, vision, and consciousness of a greater presence. I am led to paint a landscape that speaks to all.
